Objectives : The IT project manager will manage IT project from its design stages through to user acceptance, or part of some of those phases, with the aim of achieving an optimum result which

The PM can be in charge of one or more projects at the time, depends on scales and schedules.

Scope of work : To manage all the AM Repair and Overhaul shop’s technical aspects and Method Engineering aspects i.e process, documentation, design and fabrication. The shops comprise of Valves & PSV, Machining, Fabrication, Rotating and, Mechanical seal shops.
Requirements for references, experiences (qualification/ technical skills/ experience):
- An engineering diploma or minimum 10 years methods engineering (Manifacturing & Maintenance Repair & Overhaul – MRO) experience in a similar environment or advenced
- 15 to 20 years pf experience of method engineering of industrial process in manifacture, repair and overhaul facilities
- Experienced in materials machinability and Thermal Special processes
- Extensive industrial part maintenance experience along with sound machining, fabricating & assembly practices knowledge
- Strong familiarity with industrial assets and maintenance best practices in equipment repair and overhaul facilities & equipment
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English, French and Malagasy is an advantage

Job description :
- Responsible for performing and overseeing all aspects of coating activities for conformity to project specific requirements in accordance with company standards.
Undertake the assurance and verification of project’s specific coating activities are performed on time and within budget in accordance with project requirements.
Candidates will ideally have a proven coating and/or structural/pipes/vessels experience and will be comfortable working in a high pressure, fast-paced and challenging environment.
Interface between the project engineer/manager, engineering and coating personnel todiscuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, defect rectification and coating issues. - Report to Project Engineer/Manager and Superintendent.
Tasks/Activities:
- Identify, develop and qualify coating systems for plant structures, concrete, pipes, vessels and appurtenances.
- Establish coating requirements in accordance with applicable specifications, codes and standards.
- Prepare specifications, scope of work and all documentation related to coating activities.
- Assess feasibility of coating methods in order to develop most productive and cost-effective field coating methods.
- Oversee all related testing, documentation, client approval and third party verification, as required for the project.
- Ensure QA/QC requirements are adhered to liaising with the Quality Supervisor.
- Supervise coating services, including but not limited to pre-qualification, performance and technical presentations.
- Identify training needs and obtain client approval to qualify coating personnel for coating methods the plant and appurtenances.
- Provide technical input and cost estimates for coating methods and consumables, as required for project preparations.
- Monitor daily progress of ongoing projects and/or work sites and if necessary assist on site.
- Monitor and drives performance of subcontractors.
- Contribute and review to the planning and scheduling to ensure project objectives.
- Proactive participation within the HSSE program.
- Participate in system punch list walk downs.
Required Skills / Background:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent International qualification (NACE/AMPP, ICorr) in coating
- At least 10 years’ experience in the coating industry in oil & gas, mining industries is an
advantage. - Understanding corrosion protection methods, coating failures mechanisms, fabric maintenance especially in an extreme corrosive environment.

- Set-up a strategy to improve rehabilitation and maintenance of non-rotative equipment (chutes, hopper, dust collector, conveyor…)
- Implement a routine and corrective maintenance programme including spare parts inventory management
- Coordinate with operation the availabity of the assets for maintenance
- Develop rehabilitation and maintenance scopes of work for tendering
- Ensure proper planning & scheduling for rehabilitation and maintenance programme
- Coordinate contractors during execution works by monitoring and controlling their performance
- Comfortable in coordinating and supervising multiple maintenance project
- Set-up KPIs to monitor the progess of the project

Requirements for references, experiences (Qualification/ Technical Skills/ Experience) :
- A minimum of 10 years of mechanical project managment
- Mechanical engineering degree
- Good understanding of construction operations and processes
- Experience in operations in developing countries is an asset

Background :
During the period of the Total Plant Shutdown (TPSD) – approximately 1st to 25th November 2022, the TPSD Area Lifting Supervisors are required to work on a rotating 4/4/4 shift basis during the TPSD, controlling, supervising & ensuring on-time, safe practices are undertaken at all times for all Lifting & Rigging Operations in their specified area.
The TPSD is a time-critical operation, delays caused for any reason are not acceptable, therefore Supervisionof all activities must be absolutely first class in every area.
Objectives :
- The Candidate must be highly experienced, and be a fully qualified Lift Supervisor or Lift Coordinator to Supervise routine, standard & critical lifts while following the direct instructions of the R & L General Supervisor.
- They will be responsible for all crane R & L activities, and all HME (Heavy Mechanical Equipment) within their specified area, ensuring all work is carried out to a strict schedule, while in strict compliance with approved site safety operating procedures, practices and standards.
- Highlights and escalates all issues & failures in procedures, and escalates ALL non-adherence of any safety breaches to the Department Superintendent.
- Escalate to the General Supervisor – and take immediate action on any possible delays – before they occur, and escalates as necessary to the GS or Superintendent
- Attends & contributes to dispatch planning meetings, & ensures attendance at one of the twice daily Shift TPSD meetings applicable to their shift.
- Must make themselves aware of, understand and comply with the EnerGS FPS.70, Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) Policies and associated documentation provided.
- Must be fully experienced in safe work permitting procedures, accountabilities etc.

Scope of work :
- Manages the Mechanical seals shop functions, activities, personnel and procedures to satisfy the company needs in safe manner according to the international standards.
- Plans, schedules and coordiates the repair activities of the Mechanical seals in the Mechanical Seals Shops
- Oversees the disassembly, cleaning, inspection, restoration of comportments, replacement of spare parts, assembly, troubleshooting and testing of the Mechanical Seals in the shop.
- Carry out troubleshooting, RCA of failed seals and provide technical recommendations and advices to improve the performance of the instalked Mechanical seals.
- Determine the acceptability of components to be reused, repaired or scrapped for cost/ wastage reduction
- Schedule workflow to ensure delivery as well as the valid calibration and certifaication of the equipment, machines, tools and Instruments in the mechanical seal shop.
- Develop and update the department SOPs and standing instructions
- Indentify and impleament improvement opportunities of methods and procedures for CM, PM and Predictive maintenance activities

- Technical baccalaureate diploma, Higher technical diploma in mechanical or High School senior certificate

To facilitate the movement of goods from the supplier anywhere in the world to client freight forwarder as quickly as possible.

- Conduct meetings with suppliers and internal clients as necessary to align suppliers with EnerGS’s requirements, policies and procedures

To lead and execute assigned sourcing projects and contribute to the management of assigned categories that are part of client Sourcing Plan
Position specific accountabilities :
- Develop sourcing strategies for complex sourcing projects
- Lead and execute complex sourcing projects assigned to the strategic sourcing team from project team formation, market and needs analysis, tender, negotiation and selection, through to the formation and execution of agreements to obtain best value for EnerGS

Objectives :
Manage the post award phase of the contract. Ensure that all parties involved in the management of the contracts adhere to the contracts management procedures.
The role of Administrator, Contracts is critical to getting optimum value for the money the company spends by making sure services are delivered in accordance to the contractual terms; visibility of the spends are provided, invoices control is processed in a rigorous and systematic way and key contractor performance evaluation is implemented.
Position Specific accountabilities :
- Propose PR granularity and make sure line descriptions are satisfactory, to ensure each PR raised by the end users contains adequate levels of information.
- Inform Cost Center Managers of their contract spend vs. budget by preparing monthly reports; alert any risk of overspend or other issues.
- Organize and chair periodic Contractor performance evaluation meeting (for eligible Contractors). Keep record of remediation actions; report and escalate as applicable.
- Control invoice/pre-invoice accuracy by testing against Contract and Service Receipts Documentation. Perform invoice receipt in P2P Dashboard when validated, to initiate invoice payment by Finance.
- Perform accruals booking in P2P Dashboard or manual entry as the case may be.
- Monitor Contract expiry date; liaise with Sourcing team and Contract Owner to take required action.
- Provide account statement to the Contract Analyst for Contract close out purpose.
