- An engineering degree or at least 10 years of experience in methods engineering (Manufacturing & Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul – MRO) in a similar environment, or advanced

- Experienced in materials machinability and thermal processing
- Extensive experience in industrial parts maintenance, along with a solid understanding of machining, fabrication, and assembly practices

- Strong oral and written communication skills in English, French, and Malagasy are a plus

Job description:
- Responsible for performing and overseeing all aspects of coating activities to ensure compliance with project-specific requirements in accordance with company standards.
Ensure that the project’s specific coating activities are performed on time and within budget in accordance with project requirements.
Candidates will ideally have proven experience in coating and/or structural/pipes/vessels and will be comfortable working in a high-pressure, fast-paced, and challenging environment.
Serve as the liaison between the project engineer/manager, engineering, and coating personnel to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, defect rectification, and coating issues. - Report to the Project Engineer/Manager and Superintendent.
Tasks/Activities:
- Identify, develop, and qualify coating systems for plant structures, concrete, pipes, vessels, and associated equipment.
- Establish coating requirements in accordance with applicable specifications, codes, and standards.
- Prepare specifications, scope of work, and all documentation related to coating activities.
- Assess the feasibility of coating methods in order to develop the most productive and cost-effective field coating methods.
- Oversee all related testing, documentation, client approval, and third-party verification, as required for the project.
- Ensure that QA/QC requirements are followed by coordinating with the Quality Supervisor.
- Oversees coating services, including but not limited to pre-qualification, performance, and technical presentations.
- Identify training needs and obtain client approval to certify coating personnel for coating methods used on the plant and its associated equipment.
- Provide technical input and cost estimates for coating methods and consumables, as needed for project planning.
- Monitor the daily progress of ongoing projects and/or work sites and, if necessary, provide on-site assistance.
- Monitors and drives the performance of subcontractors.
- Contribute to and review the planning and scheduling to ensure that project objectives are met.
- Active participation in the HSSE program.

Background:
During the Total Plant Shutdown (TPSD) period—approximately November 1 through 25, 2022—TPSD Area Lifting Supervisors are required to work on a rotating 4/4/4 shift schedule, overseeing, supervising, and ensuring that safe practices are followed at all times for all lifting and rigging operations in their designated area.
The TPSD is a time-critical operation; delays caused by any reason are unacceptable; therefore, supervision of all activities must be absolutely first-rate in every area.
Objectives:
- The candidate must have extensive experience and be a fully qualified Lift Supervisor or Lift Coordinator to oversee routine, standard, and critical lifts while following the direct instructions of the R & L General Supervisor.
- They will be responsible for all crane rigging and lifting operations, as well as all heavy mechanical equipment (HME) within their designated area, ensuring that all work is carried out according to a strict schedule while strictly adhering to approved site safety operating procedures, practices, and standards.
- Identifies and escalates all issues and failures in procedures, and escalates ALL instances of non-compliance or safety violations to the Department Superintendent.
- Escalate the issue to the General Supervisor—and take immediate action to address any potential delays—before they occur, and escalate as necessary to the GS or Superintendent
- Attends and contributes to dispatch planning meetings, and ensures attendance at one of the twice-daily Shift TPSD meetings applicable to their shift.
- Must familiarize themselves with, understand, and comply with the EnerGS FPS.70, Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) Policies, and the associated documentation provided.

- Manages the mechanical seals shop's operations, activities, personnel, and procedures to meet the company's needs in a safe manner in accordance with international standards.
- Plans, schedules, and coordinates repair activities for mechanical seals in the mechanical seal shops
- Oversees the disassembly, cleaning, inspection, restoration of components, replacement of spare parts, assembly, troubleshooting, and testing of mechanical seals in the shop.
- Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis of failed mechanical seals, and provide technical recommendations and advice to improve the performance of installed mechanical seals.
- Determine whether components are suitable for reuse, repair, or disposal to reduce costs and waste
- Schedule workflows to ensure the timely delivery and proper calibration and certification of equipment, machines, tools, and instruments in the mechanical seal shop.
- Develop and update the department's standard operating procedures (SOPs) and standing instructions
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve methods and procedures for corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, and predictive maintenance activities

To facilitate the movement of goods from the supplier anywhere in the world to the client's freight forwarder as quickly as possible.

Manage the post-award phase of the contract. Ensure that all parties involved in contract management adhere to contract management procedures.
The role of Contracts Administrator is critical to ensuring that the company gets the best value for its money by ensuring that services are delivered in accordance with the contractual terms, that spending is transparent, that invoice processing is rigorous and systematic, and that key contractor performance evaluations are conducted.
Position-specific responsibilities:
- Provide guidance on the level of detail required for support requests and ensure that the descriptions are clear and complete, so that each request submitted by end users contains sufficient information.
- Keep cost center managers informed of their contract spending compared to the budget by preparing monthly reports; alert them to any risk of overspending or other issues.
- Organize and chair periodic contractor performance evaluation meetings (for eligible contractors). Keep a record of corrective actions; report and escalate as appropriate.
- Verify the accuracy of invoices and pro forma invoices by comparing them with the contract and service receipt documentation. Once validated, process the invoice in the P2P Dashboard to initiate payment by the Finance department.
- Record accruals in the P2P Dashboard or enter them manually, as appropriate.
- Monitor contract expiration dates; coordinate with the Sourcing team and the Contract Owner to take the necessary action.
- Provide the account statement to the Contract Analyst for the purpose of contract closeout.
