- They will be responsible for all crane rigging and lifting operations, as well as all heavy mechanical equipment (HME) within their designated area, ensuring that all work is carried out according to a strict schedule while strictly adhering to approved site safety operating procedures, practices, and standards.
- Identifies and escalates all issues and failures in procedures, and escalates ALL instances of non-compliance or safety violations to the Department Superintendent.
- Escalate the issue to the General Supervisor—and take immediate action to address any potential delays—before they occur, and escalate as necessary to the GS or Superintendent
- Attends and contributes to dispatch planning meetings, and ensures attendance at one of the twice-daily Shift TPSD meetings applicable to their shift.
- Must familiarize themselves with, understand, and comply with the EnerGS FPS.70, Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) Policies, and the associated documentation provided.
